Description

Connie is in great condition and was bought by us 3 years ago from the owner who had her from new. She is a lovely boat and has stanchions, pushpit and swim ladder, which not all 22’s have.

Since 2023, we have stripped and re-varnished all the spars and they’re still looking great. The trailer had a full service, with new jockey wheel, tyres and brake system and is also now all working brilliantly. The engine has been professionally serviced and maintained. We bought a new staysail from Jeckells and furling gear which were missing when we bought her. The hull was sand-blasted to get rid of years of anti-foul and epoxy-coated before anti-fouling. The top-sides were polished and we fitted a new Jabsco heads. We also added removable terracotta seat covers (original covers blue all still in good condition too).

The engine is the 15HP Yanmar 2YM15 – diesel inboard which starts and runs brilliantly. Other features include: Shore power & sockets, bilge pump, a water heater feeding a sink next to gas double burner and grill. Cock-pit mounted Garmin GPS. Solar panel. Nav lights, VHF. Echo-sounder. Internal lights.

All in all, she's in excellent condition and viewings on the East Coast are welcome.
