A Beautifully presented and well found example of this 2006 traditional Crabber 24 mk4. Finished in cream and green, parchment decks with teak layer cockpi and exterior woods left to silver. Larger 3YM20 Yanmar diesel engine can push the hull up to seven knots through the water if required. The Cornish Crabber is an enthusiasts boat. An unashamedly traditional copy of the working boats of these islands, she sports a substantial gaff cutter rig complete down to her Jackyard Topsail (or should that be up to...?). Flush decked, sitting headroom below and with minimal modern conveniences she simply oozes character.
A very traditional boat, rigged as original, without winches, all blocks are ash faced with stainless cores and most ropes are synthetic but traditional “Hemp look alike”

Cornish Crabber 24 Bermudan Cutter - 1998
A beautifully presented Bermudan cutter-rigged example of the Crabber 24, fitted out with the earlier teak finish with a warm internal feel and boasting the larger 2GM20 Yanmar diesel auxiliary engine option.
Simpler and better sailing, with less maintenance than in the case of the gaff rigged version, with their wooden spars, the bermudan version utilises
aluminium alloy spars and this particular example has recently been re-outfitted with Selden reefing systems to both headstays for reliable sail handling too.
